去年、大好評だった【筍の粕漬け】と【ブレンド茶】

今年は更に上を目指して、気合が入っております!

筍は今月の頭に塩漬けをしたところです。

We’ll make ‘the bamboo shoots pickled in sake lees’ and ‘Haruhi-en original blended tea’ again, which were very popular among us last year.

Yeah, we are really up for those!

We’ve already pickled bamboo shoots with salt at the beginning of this month.

これからの工程が楽しみです。

そして、お茶の方はというと・・・身近にある野草を摘んで来ては、天日干しし、はるひ苑オリジナルのブレンド茶を作るのです。

ヨモギに月見草、ドクダミ、これからまだまだ増えそうです(わくわく♪)

We can’t wait for the rest parts of the whole process!

As for the tea, we’ve been picking and drying a variety of wild plants.

Coming soon’re mugwort, evening primrose, chameleon plant, and more!

We believe we’ll make it this year as well!
